the location is great. the staff are always around and ready to help. the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing, you can see the acropolis right while you eat your breakfast. i have liked the design double star room a lot, it felt spacious.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good.
The staff was not cute. The pool was small with only a handful of sunbeds, so they were fully booked . Getting drinks at the pool was hard because I could only order via one server. It took forever.

The staff were VERY friendly. Nicole and Ilia provided restaurant recommendations. The rooftop dining area provides AMAZING breakfast with a amazing view of the Acropolis. Taxi service IS available.
The music played in shared spaces felt more suited to a trendy bar, something that might appeal to some, but jarred with the otherwise elegant design.

The location is excellent, near attractions, restaurants, and the metro. It's in the centre and next to EVERYTHING. Syntagma Square is within walking distance. stylish restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. The hotel IS modern. There are soundproof doors, I could NOT hear anything. The rooms felt very clean and modern.

The staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful. The reception staff were professional. The staff work as if the hotel is their OWN hotel. They provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit.

The hotel has a wellness area and a rooftop pool with a wonderful view. Breakfast had different additions each day. There IS a rooftop dining area with a great atmosphere. The spa services are excellent.

i found my room super clean, with nice amenities. the bed provided really good COMFORT. breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. the staff addressed my needs promptly.
the music from the rooftop bar was a bit loud sometimes.
